Shipping Policy Details

Dispatch times.
Our goal is to dispatch within 24 hours of payment confirmation. Please note that cut-off times are guidelines only and may be affected by payment authorization delays, weekends, or public holidays.

Delivery times.
Transit typically takes 4–6 business days from dispatch, depending on destination. Delivery estimates begin on the dispatch date and are guides, not guarantees.

Free shipping thresholds.
We offer free express shipping on orders of USD $199+ to the USA and to most international destinations, CAD $299+ to Canada, and GBP £149+ to the UK.

Addresses & delivery.
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. A signature on delivery is generally required; however, for some residential addresses, couriers may leave the parcel at the door at their discretion. If you need to change your address, requests must be submitted within 24 hours of placing the order. After dispatch, changes are not guaranteed; where a carrier allows rerouting, a USD $20 fee (payable to the carrier) applies.

Order redirection & refusal
Once dispatched, orders cannot be redirected unless the carrier accepts a reroute request, which may incur fees. If you refuse delivery, a 70% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.

Insurance & “delivered but not received.”
Your order is insured by Zarivelle while in transit until the courier marks it delivered, at which point responsibility transfers to you. We are not liable for loss or theft after delivery. If package security is a concern at your address, consider shipping to a work address or requesting hold-for-pickup at the courier’s nearest location using your tracking number.

Taxes & duties.
Orders ship DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid), meaning local import duties, customs, and taxes (if applicable, in rare cases) are payable by the recipient at delivery to release the parcel.

Returns Policy


Please make a request within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, with tags and in original packaging.
